For a single appointment a 4 hour notice is required to reschedule or cancel a single service.For multi-services we require a 24 hour notice.
For those unforeseen circumstances call us immediately to advise you will be a little late.We will be able to keep your appointment open up to 10 minutes, but after that time the service will be changed to time left on your appointment or rescheduled.
